It is not a new issue when a woman is seeking for a job and she is not recruited because of the discrimination against women in the workplace. This gender difference has been a curse to most women who are suffering from the gender discrimination at some or other point in their entire life. While recruiting the HR department takes care of these things as due to this their economy gets affected. Willingly or unwillingly their prefer recruiting males artier than females. Policies for empowering must be revised again to make them stronger.
Discrimination against women in politics is also experienced by most women. To avoid this woman sets are being reserved in the parliaments of most of the countries like India. The best way fight against gender discrimination is run various programs in which women are taught about their right of equality. They go the right to vote after so many years while men had the right to vote. This shows the inequality in our constitution and they need to be improved.

Women suffer from discrimination against women in sports when they have to access the opportunities of their favorite sport. They do not get opportunity to practice the sport whether they are practicing of for amateur or professional reasons. This is because of the stereo type thinking of men for women. They have been taught in their society that girls have the second class position and that is why they must not be given preference. Girls lack support in all fields. It is very important that we must encourage girls for participating more in sports as they have shown their potential and they are not weak in any case as compared to men. In sports council new laws must be introduced to facilitate more girls for getting good opportunities for their practice. It is very often that the women are not much appreciated for their contribution in the sports world which is the main reason why media also does not cover the achievements of women. Women must be encouraged by the governing bodies. This will let the media cover the women sports and will highlight their achievements. Discrimination against women in sports is very common and we need to improve the policies of sports council for empowering women in sports. Women are playing very well and they have made their best efforts in the field of sport. All they need the legal support so that they are not discriminated by any of the organization.
Multiple forms of discrimination are prevailing in our society. Due to this women have to face the violence many times. You can see that in some of the countries women are not even allowed wear what they wish to wear. The sex discriminatory laws are enacted and thus they ruin the life of women.
